The PROTO workshop and the Sagan Summer Workshop will take place on the campus of Caltech in the Baxter auditorium in Baxter Hall, shown on this campus map. Baxter auditorium is located on the second floor of Baxter Hall and the building should be entered from the south side of the building, near the lily pad pond.
Information on parking on campus can be found here. We do not recommend parking in the streets surrounding campus since the spots are usually limited to a few hours.
We are not able to provide transportation to/from Caltech.
We have reserved a reduced-rate room block at the Pasadena Hotel at 928 East Colorado Blvd., less than a mile from Caltech. The deadline to reserve a room in the block is June 22, 2026. Please use this reservation link to get the special workshop rate.
